About This Apprenticeship
Experience retail banking operations at HDFC Bank, India's largest private sector bank, including customer onboarding, deposit and lending product cross-selling, digital banking services adoption, and branch operations management. The role exposes apprentices to the full breadth of HDFC's retail product portfolio: savings and current accounts, fixed deposits, personal loans, home loans, auto loans, credit cards, mutual funds, and insurance distribution. Apprentices learn customer service excellence, sales conversation techniques, regulatory compliance with KYC and AML norms, and the use of HDFC's core banking and CRM platforms. The programme is excellent preparation for permanent roles as Personal Banker, Relationship Manager, or Branch Officer at HDFC and other private sector banks.
