Apprentices learn customer service excellence, sales conversation techniques, regulatory compliance with KYC and AML norms, and the use of HDFC's core banking and CRM platforms. The programme is excellent preparation for permanent roles as Personal Banker, Relationship Manager, or Branch Officer at HDFC and other private sector banks.
