Learn CNC programming and operation at Maruti Suzuki's precision machining centre, working on lathes, milling machines, and multi-axis CNC centres for engine and transmission component manufacturing. The role covers reading and interpreting engineering drawings, writing CNC programs in G-code and M-code, setting up tools and fixtures, performing dimensional inspection with micrometers and CMM machines, and ensuring tight tolerances for critical engine and powertrain parts. Apprentices learn modern CAM software like Mastercam and gain exposure to lean manufacturing principles in a high-volume production environment. The programme is excellent preparation for careers as CNC Operators, Production Engineers, or Manufacturing Engineers across India's growing automotive and machine tool industries.
