The role covers food processing operations, quality assurance using ISO 22000 and HACCP frameworks, production planning, packaging operations, and supply chain coordination at integrated food parks and manufacturing units. Apprentices learn lean manufacturing principles, statistical process control, food safety standards, and the operational discipline required to run high-volume FMCG production.
