Graduate Apprentice - Network Engineering

at Tech Mahindra

Work with Tech Mahindra's telecom division on network planning, 5G deployment, RAN engineering, and telecommunications infrastructure management for major Indian and global telecom operators. The role covers radio frequency planning, network optimisation, OSS/BSS systems integration, software-defined networking (SDN), network function virtualisation (NFV), and the rollout of 5G standalone and non-standalone architectures across operator networks. Apprentices gain exposure to the complex engineering and project management required to deploy modern telecom networks, working alongside experienced engineers serving clients like Vodafone, AT&T, BT, and Reliance Jio. The skills developed are highly specialised and lead to careers at telecom equipment vendors (Ericsson, Nokia, Samsung), telecom operators, and IT services companies with strong telecom practices.
